Our sweeteners, as sugar (saccharose) replacement, proceed from wheat, rice, barley and Tapioca.
Our syrups can be used in bakery products, snacks, desserts, spreads, jams, ice creams and drinks, etc. Some of them, with a darker colour, are also used as natural colouring in several different recipes.
The flexibility of the production plants allows us to modify or customize our sweeteners according to customer’s needs, in compliance to the existing Organic production rules.
Our sweeteners are available in: plastic buckets, cans, IBC tanks, bulk.
The production process starts with the Organic grain milling, to proceed then with the starch saccharification into sugars, by a complete natural method.
